Welcome to Year 2

In our class, we have 28 children.

Our class teacher is Ms Lacey and our teaching assistant is Mrs Iles.  Mrs Ashley will cover on a Thursday afternoon and Mr Paul will teach music on a Friday afternoon.

Our Class Charter

We wrote our class charter together to create a safe and engaging learning environment in which all of our rights are respected.

Be kind and caring to each other.

Listen carefully to each other.

Never give up and always try out best.

Understand that it’s okay to make mistakes.

Respect property and others.

Remember we are a team, and we are all important.

Reminders

Our PE days are on Monday and Thursday.

We change our reading books when we are ready. Reading records and books should come to school every day in case an adult wants to read with us.

Spellings are given on a Friday and tested on the following Friday. 

On Friday we will have Numbots. Please try to practice 10 minutes each day at home.
